Live chat option is possible on our platform if you can give page-level permission to Todook so that you can receive the messages in first prior on our platform and get the messages secondly on your Facebook platform. To get this feature for multiple users, follow the below steps.
Step 1: On the Users section, select a user by clicking in the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on “Actions” button and select “Enable Live Chat” or “Disable Live Chat” on the drop-down menu to enable/disable live chat option to single/multiple users.
